If you live in the Monterey area, you may prefer our in-person training. Depending on your level of needs and knowledge, your sessions contain the instruction and exercise training that you require to reach your fitness goals. We prefer 60-minute sessions to give you a more robust workout. Also, we provide a separate review process where we have an in-depth discussion about your goals. We’ll help you determine if you need to make any changes along the way.
